Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows require full payment.
Packages must be paid for upfront and used within 2 months of purchase.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows on a package will result in that session being marked as used.
If you arrive late, treatment time will be reduced to keep to the schedule.
Please arrive with clean skin (no makeup, no heavy creams/oils) to ensure the best results.
If you are feeling unwell, contagious, or have any active skin infections, please reschedule your appointment in advance.
Children or extra guests are not permitted in the treatment room to maintain a relaxing, safe environment.
All products and results vary per individual - consistency and aftercare play a big role in outcomes.
